Cancellation Policy
📣📣 UPDATED BOOKING POLICY
To my wonderful clients,
First and foremost, thank you for supporting my small business. Every appointment you book allows me to continue doing what I love, and I truly appreciate each and every one of you. 🥰
As my schedule has become increasingly busy, I’m implementing an updated booking policy to help protect appointment availability while continuing to provide the best possible experience for all of my clients.
Effective immediately:
• A 30% deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total, with the remaining balance due at your appointment.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, including same day cancellations, will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
• If multiple services are booked and one or more services are canceled or removed on the day of your appointment (including after arrival), a $25 same day service reduction fee will apply. This fee helps offset the appointment time that was reserved exclusively for those services, which is typically impossible to fill on such short notice.
I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and I will always do my best to handle those circumstances with compassion and understanding. These policies are simply in place to protect the time reserved for each client, reduce lost appointment time, and help keep my schedule available for everyone.
